Beta testers guide

Beta access and future subscriptions

Apply for the correct test group and understand how beta access differs from planned subscriptions.

Beta build guide

Feature descriptions reviewed on 6 September 2026. Access depends on your invited build, device and test group; your beta invitation confirms what is enabled. Screens may differ in earlier builds.

Contact beta team
Before you begin

Use your invited account and build. If a named control is absent, check your app version and confirmed beta access before continuing.

Step 1

Choose your beta route

Open Join the beta on this website. Choose Player, League or Tournament and send the application email with your device and playing or competition details.

Step 2

Wait for your invitation

The team checks capacity and confirms whether you can join. An application is not an invitation. Keep any private installation links within your invited group.

Step 3

Check what your account can test

Use the features and access arrangement confirmed in your invitation. Screenshots may show options that are not enabled for every tester. Contact the beta team if an expected feature is missing.

Step 4

Understand planned launch pricing

Website prices are planned launch prices only; subscriptions are not publicly purchasable. Pro is £24.99/year and Ultimate is £29.99/year. Organisation tiers run from 8 teams at £119/year to 40 teams at £599/year, with two scoring-only managed tablets per team: one primary and one backup. Either tablet can be used on the night. Beta access does not guarantee permanent free access or future entitlement. Eligible participation in a covered league does not require personal Pro.
